We can support you through all your HR issues.  These include, but are not limited to:

Employment Relations:  We can help you manage the process where you need to undertake disciplinary action or performance management action. Cost: $100 + GST per hour.

Policy Development:  We can draft your HR policies.  Everything from remuneration, disciplinary, change management, organisational structure management. Cost: $500+ GST.

Employment Agreements:  We can prepare tailored employment agreements that includes the letters of offer and all other supporting documentation.  This includes preparing letters of variation where you are changing or amending conditions of employment. Cost: $500+ GST.

Change Management:  We can undertake all your change management requirements.  This includes preparation of a change plan, drafting of the necessary documentation, and the processes needed to undertake and complete a change. Cost: $100+ GST per hour.

Job Descriptions:  We can undertake your job reviews and prepare your job descriptions for you.  We can also arrange to have the job ‘sized’. Cost: $250 + GST per role

Recruitment:  We can manage the recruitment process for you including preparing all the documentation, managing the advertising, collating and vetting applicants, preparation of the interviews and management of the interview process, and reference checking of the preferred candidate.  Cost $100 + GST per hour.
