Are you looking or thinking about implementing a quality management system using the ISO 9001:2015?

Our quality management individual is certified for ISO 9001:2015 through the British Standards Institute (BSI) and can guide your thorough the process, support you by reviewing and auditing to identify improvement, or project manage the process for you.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is built to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Our system can be adjusted to your business and how you operate. You will receive a manual that contains your quality policies and which details your quality management system. We provide you with a robust risk management framework to manage your risk profile. Our system contains all your forms and registers and can be used on a smartphone, PC, tablet or laptop. Our system is fully integrated with a comprehensive document management and client relationship management framework built in.

We develop your assurance plan and we can support you to manage your QMS.  With our system comes applications that allow you capture all the needed documentation, the ability to capture every email and message and to provide you with the necessary alerts and dashboards that inform you of the state of your quality management.

All your documentation is saved into the cloud with access through a site we provide you with. This supports your business continuity and means you can access it anywhere. Our monthly licence fee means you receive all system upgrades and updates free, and we make sure all your forms and your manual remain current.


System Cost: Includes discovery, software licence, set up and configuration, QMS manual, all forms and training – $5500 + GST

Monthly Licence Fee: Includes all software and system updates and upgrades, access to online concierge, updates to all forms and the QMS manual$100+GST.

Support Functions Cost: Includes conducting investigations, undertaking assurance activities, supporting risk management activities – $100 + GST per hour.
